Followed by a shot of Vegan Coconut water Kefir. I drink this mix slowly and I focus on setting an intention for the day. Once I’ve finished I fast for 1-2 hours before moving ...

Hello there !

My name is Monica. I am interested in helping you live a balanced life full of happiness and health- I believe through nutrition, detoxification, meditation, fitness and yoga that is exactly what we can achieve. With all of these five components working together in sync we are capable of nourishing our mind, body and soul. It is important to look at yourself as one whole being, knowing that there is no separation between mind, body and soul - all three of these self components are one - and that is you.
